The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting Pro Power Co Ltd.'s products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires an energetic, self-driven individual who can help expand the company’s customer base and achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell Pro Power Co Ltd’s products, including solar systems, batteries, inverters, power backup solutions, and electrical services. Identify new markets, potential customers, and sales opportunities. Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups. Prepare and submit quotations, sales proposals, and invoices. Educate customers on product features, pricing, warranties, and after-sales support. Maintain proper records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager. Participate in marketing campaigns and exhibitions when required. Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to management. Ensure excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (not mandatory if experienced). Experience in sales, especially in solar products, electronics, or energy solutions, is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email). Fluent in Kinyarwanda; English or French is an added advantage. High level of integrity, confidence, and customer service orientation.
